Admission Information
Southside College of Health Sciences is a coeducational institution open to any individual 18 years of age or older. Students must meet the required program prerequisites and have graduated from a regionally accredited high school; state recognized home school or the equivalent.
Entrance requirements will vary for individual programs. See program descriptions in the catalog for prerequisites and entrance requirements. Students are encouraged to contact the Admissions Officer in Student Services for more information about a program of interest.
Associate Degrees

TEAS Testing - for nursing applicants only
Information Sessions
Southside College of Health Sciences hosts Information Sessions for prospective applicants in one of our three health care programs (Diagnostic Sonography, Radiation Sciences and Registered Nursing). Sessions begin promptly at 4 p.m. and last approximately one hour. Presenters will discuss topics such as admissions process, application process, financial aid, and program information.
Beginning 2018, information sessions are mandatory for all applicants.
